Times, they are a changin'...

I've owned the domain name for some time now with the intent of having a website built. But I became a blogger (who knew?!) and decided to just have the name directed to me blog, again... until I could have a website built.

Well now I'm thinking it really would be a smarter business move (ya know, being the savvy business woman that I am) to have it directed to my etsy store. Again, until I can have a website built. Why not direct customers straight to the product instead of sending them here to listen to my ramblings, view my freakish body art, and endless kid stories?

I think with the holiday shopping season approaching, it just makes more sense to do it this way. So from now on, will take you straight to the jewelry and accessories. The blog will be This will last, you know... until I can have a website built.

I've been toying with the idea of "building" a website, but blogging is just so easy, convenient, and it connects you to so many people!

I hadn't even thought about "the holiday shopping season" yet!
YIKES! How exciting!

Hope you have a great weekend!

OH, and how did the kids' first day of school go?

I am so excited for our first day! (I teach kindergarten part-time!)

Thank you Sylvia! :) Their first day of school went great. I'll try to post some pictures later.

I didn't realize you taught too!

Yes, indeed, I seem to like to do it all. But I have been trying to "narrow" my focus.

Teaching kindergarten is great because it is super inspiration for picture books!

(Luckily the teaching thing is part time, so I can leave time for writing, creating, and sanity!)

I'm talking bout you at my blog, so check it out later on today!

Shannon, I know but that takes money that I don't have! Haha! I know where I'll go when I'm ready though. :)

Sylvia, off to check it out...

You know, one of the great things about working for yourself is being able to work for trade and stuff, that plus "friend pricing" ought to make it all much more manageable. Let me know if you want to talk about it.
