Leftover mania!...

If you're like many of us, you're just about sick of eating turkey and trying to find new ways to use it up. Well here is one more way to help get rid of those leftovers. I was a Pampered Chef consultant for about 5 years and I adapted this "recipe" from their Chicken Broccoli Wreath. Now keep in mind that I actually don't follow recipes, I just throw things together. So I can't provide you with exact amounts.

You're just going to take your leftover turkey, mashed potatoes, stuffing, corn, broccoli, cranberry sauce, and whatever else you want and mix it together to make a goop. Sounds appealing already, right? Trust me. If you need to thin it out a bit you can add some gravy, milk, or mayo. Then spread out your crescent rolls as seen here, into a spoke pattern. Fill it with your goop mixture and tuck the ends of the rolls into the center of the wreath. Bake according to the directions on the package, then slice and serve! It is sooooo yummy!! I promise.

I was a Pampered Chef consultant too years ago! I chopped the tip of my finger off demonstrating the mandolin...not so good for business, lol.
