Baby it's cold outside...

Not quite as cold as that picture shows (that was taken last year) but it's still stinkin' darn cold.

This no computer thing is a mixed blessing.
I don't have access to any pictures except the ones I've used on my blog before.
They're hosted online.
But that means I can't list any new products in my shop.
It also means I can't share all of the pictures I've been dying to of exciting things like my pretty garland I made, the cone trees the kids made, the pom pom garland the kids made, the chocolate chip banana breads we made and took to neighbors, the ornament I received from the 2008 Ornament Exchange, The Girl's adorable new christmas outfit, The Baby's birthday "boons", etc. Sadness.

BUT this has really allowed me more family time this December, which is something I usually don't have enough of.
The thought has been going through my head of taking every December off, from now on.
That means I would lose out on a lot of sales with my business.
But it would also make for a much less stressful month.
I'm kind of enjoying all this new "free time".
The good thing is that I have a year to decide.

Be prepared for a huge picture overload when I get my real computer back though.
I know you're all waiting on pins and needles.
I'm so interesting.

LOL! That photo nearly made me run outside and check the weather! I knew we didn't have that kind of ice on this end of town! :)

love pics- bring 'em on!

If you did take it off- you might not lose business if you start advertising in october that you will close in December. The Vintage Pearl already closed up shop until 09. Like you said , you have a year to decide.

ok, so I realize your computer is "on vacation" and all, but I tagged you for a meme using pictures... but hey, you can be as creative in obtaining the picture as you need to be ;)

Thanks for the laugh with the Rudolph cartoon!

i was without a computer for 3 days weekend before last and it was one of the most liberating times ever. it was nice to not have to check 4 email accounts, answer questions, etc. etc. etc.

and you and your blog *are* interesting! :-D
