A drop of color.

Last summer I started this photography series with my kids.

I love how their eyes find things that they've seen so many times before but never noticed.

It's a great way to get their brains working.
So today the mission was color.
Here are a few of our finds.

We have lots more but the kids are on Spring break this week and we're busy busy busy!

Don't forget the Unplug It Challenge!

I'm hooked on color so I'm adding this post to the Hooked On Series. Have fun clicking around and seeing what others are hooked on!

I love the gummy bears picture! And the gumballs - they are gumballs, aren't they? Hmm... Does it sound like I'm craving sugary snacks? Anyway, great pics!

this sounds like a great idea getting them to see things around the house in a new light! I am helping my daughter look for things in Nature (or anywhere actually) that spells out each letter of her name, she want's to print them in black and white and make a collage for her room (Like the large spring on our gate is a C, and the big oak tree in our yard that has a split makes a Y). You guys found great sources for your colors!
