Oops.

So The Baby was begging for pizza for lunch.
I decided to be a super nice mom and go get him pizza.
Not something I'd normally do, but I was in a great mood.

We're cruising down the road talking about the train next to us.
"Back Ain!" (black train)
"Choo Choo!"

And all of a sudden I see lights in my rearview.
Dang.
Apparently I was doing 32 mph in a 20 mph zone and I got busted.

So, I'm doing a quick sale.
20% off any purchase in my shop with code TICKET20.
Expires Fri. May 22.
Check out as normal and I'll issue a rebate via paypal.

And I promise to slow down.
I haven't had a ticket since I was 18!
Next time he's just getting peanut butter and jelly.

(The Boy offered to run a lemonade stand to raise money for my ticket. haha! How sweet is that?!)

So sorry to hear about the ticket, but that's so cute that he was going to help you raise the money!

Oh boy............I had one 6 years ago by "photo radar". My sister and I were arguing. When I went to pay for it (I procrastinated until the LAST day) the clerk asked if I wanted to see the judge and dispute the "photo"......clear as day was my sister and I in a full on yellin' match! That was a very expensive argument!

That is a sweet boy!
Tickets are no fun. I have a crazy ticket story from New York City; maybe I'll tell it sometime in a post! Sorry about that on such an otherwise nice day, huh?

Tickets tend to make for a not-so-fab day. Sorry. Hope your hubby takes these kinda things better than mine. :-)

Haha! Too cute! Why not turn a lousy speeding ticket into something that benefits everyone! :)

Thanks for stopping by my blog! Yours is adorable :)

Bummer about the ticket but very sweet of your son to want to run a lemonade stand, tee hee. I got one on the way to my 9 MONTH CHECK UP with my last baby and the cop had no pity :( I know he was laughing inside watching me roll over to the other side of the car to get my license and registration...work zone too, blah!

Jamie :)

OUCH!
And I think your tickets are much more than ours ;-). I got one in Washington once and tried not to ever pay it, but we go to the US too much to avoid.
Cute boy, though!

The best part of that post was your label. My sister and I use that quote, er, often. Which as I typed I realize doesn't sound that good. lol.

Ack! I hate that sinking feeling of getting pulled over! Thankfully I haven't been in 5 years...

Where's the vintage pink sparkly pendant? I was thinking of getting it...
