There's a little amusement park in Colorado that's a tradition for us to go to every year. Santa's Workshop.
On our way there, we had to stop and let the kids roll down a hill.
Hey, we don't have hills in Kansas!

(My camera battery died this day so most of the photos were taken with The Boy's point and shoot camera. Oh and we went two days, so there are different sets of clothing.)

The Girl on top of the highest ferris wheel in the world!

The Baby was completely obsessed with the train.
We had to ride it several times.

When it came time to meet Christmas (Santa) The Baby was too scared.
So we got no pictures of him in Christmas' lap.

and thanks for your prayers for that family! if you think of them thursday, that's when the funeral is.
so much fun...jett calls santa (or anything Christmas) Ho-Ho! LOL
Looks like fun. Kiddo has already been saying "I want that for Christmas". He asked to go to Aunt Irene's house the other day since that is where Santa shows up (at the annual Christmas Eve party).
We had a Santa's Village near Chicago. Not anymore. I loved it as a kid.
No screaming Santa pictures? That's just not right. That's something that should be in everyone's photo album.
What cute pics! Looks like you guys had fun!
How fun! Great pictures!!
Ooh! I went to Pikes Peak twice and I didn't know that place was open year round!

What a fun place! I love Christmas, and since I am also from SoCal, was a big fan of Santa's Village, LOL!!
One of my hubby and I's first Christmas card pictures was in front of a giant tree there. I remember going up in August or September to take that photo. Good times...thanks for the trip down memory lane Beki!
Those are adorable! Bring them to Nana's Workshop in Missouri. I don't have a train but I won't scare the baby!
Really cute pictures! Looks like a fun vacation!
what fun! Does the little guy like Thomas?
Mine was obsessed with trains from 18 mo - age 5. We used to visit the Day Out With Thomas when it passes through each year. It's a fun day out for fans
We used to go to Colorado Springs every summer with my grandparents & aunts & cousins and we always visited the North Pole!
Love it.

Love that place. We went there as children and I took my kids there a couple years ago. One wouldn't go on anything but the peppermint slide and the other rode the rollercoaster three times in a row.
Your kids are such cuties! What a fun time this must have been!
I remember this place! We drove by it while we were on vacation when i was a kid. My parents didn't stop and let us play there, though. :(
