Please tell me...

that my house isn't the only one that looks like this after Christmas.

And we're still Christmas-ing it up over here!
One more shindig to attend and then this place is getting cleaned!

My house is sparkling clean! Well, for a couple more hours that is. Then the family arrives and we have our Christmas. I KNOW my house will be trashed, but what fun we will have!

Doesn't every home look like that after Christmas? That just shows how much your gifts are appreciated!

Hope you have a Happy New Year!

Beki! Your house is SUPPOSED to look like that after christmas! It's part of the nature of Christmas. :D

For the first time EVER...We had a quiet Christmas...no out of town guests. SO... the day after Christmas...I put it ALL away...cleaned out a closet...donated all the Christmas stuff that I have not put out in years...only one little lonely New Years sign out now. It was a little sad...and my house seemed so lost without all the cheer. BUT I know I will be glad I did this when school, basketball and the hustle of January starts!! Is it too early to put my Valentines stuff out??

Happy New Year to you!!

Nope. Mine looks worse. Been working all day to get the new toys, clothes, etc put away. Crazy!

For a second I thought that was a pic of my house! Cause that is about how crazy things are here too. Nope, you are not alone. :)

I admit though, I am about to go on a cleaning frenzy soon...

You've got nothing on me!!! My house looks like someone ransacked it....and we've only been home 12 hours since returning from FL.

I'll take a picture tomorrow...you'll see!

I assure you that your house is not the only one that appears this way. Mine actually looks worse.

The kids will be having a "vacation" with their grandparents for the next 2 nights so perhaps I'll tackle it while they are off having fun. Or maybe not, I might like to have a little fun of my own!

Oh has it ever!! I am down to one box of things that need new homes in the house...you know all those odds and ends little things...for a couple days my messy house was swallowing me! Hope you had a merry Christmas! Love your new name!

I laughed out loud when I saw this because this is what my house used to look like ALL THE TIME when my kids were wee ones! Now just their rooms look like this! Well, not anymore as I politely asked them to clean them up for my Christmas present. But I don't expect the gift to last for long! LOL!!! At least I can shut their doors.
Happy New Year! For continued fun, laughter, clean homes-even if it lasts for only a few moments, and love of family and friends.

There were four adults opening presents at our house. Believe it or not, we made a MUCH bigger mess!

i am convinced it has to be normal.
it is!
the candy wrappers on the ground is what is sending me over the edge... hellooooooo... we have a trash can! :)

here's to the New Year... AND...your new name... i LOVE it... i man LOVE IT!
all your brainstorming worked... it's great!
now... if you could just help me replace my completely dorky name!

Are you kidding me? My house only looks like that on days that end in a 'y'.

Mine is a bit like this, and we don't even have kidlets! The stuff from my vintage shop sits in piles awaiting photographing, measuring, packaging and listing...Happy New Year, Beki!

P.S. Aimee LOVED her necklace, thanks again! :)

And in addition to the endless clutter, there seems to be cobwebs in every corner. How did that happen??
