I never want to forget...

You know those orange colored citrus things that you peel before you eat?
They grow a lot in Florida.
They're called "orange apples."

And do you know what a train says?
"Fwugga fwugga, CHOO CHOO!!"

Vitamin C - actually called "Vitamin Sick."

A great tasting food is "goodlicious."

I never want to forget how many times a day I hear, "Oh my dosh!"
And at night from the top of the stairs, "Beki! Come to bed!"
And about 183 times a day when he's clicking different trains on youtube I hear, "Dat's so tyoot!"

A big scaly animal in the swamps - an "Adderator."
The stairs that move at the mall - also an "Adderator."
The room you step in at Sears that moves you to the next floor - an "Adderator."

We don't make chicken nuggets, or popcorn, or brownies. We build them.
"Mommy, build chicken nuggets for me, pweeeeease?"

But my favorite word - the thing I do my blogging on, put my pictures on, spend too much time on... the "cluter."

Go ahead, say it out loud.
It's the dirtiest sounding clean word you'll ever say.
Try to use it in a sentence and not laugh.
"Excuse me, I'm going to go work on my cluter."
"So ma'am, I hear you're cluter's broken. Let me take a look at that for ya."
"On today's Oprah, cluters for everyone! YOU get a cluter! YOU get a cluter! YOU get a cluter!"

Just a few things I never want to forget about this funny kid...

Too cute! And how smart of you to write it down!
My little guy calls computers puters.
I was very sad the day I realized that he stopped calling yellow, yelyo but instead called it yellow.

This made me smile and tear up all at the same time. It reminded me so much of my little guy! I don't ever want to forget either.

Whenever my son would correct his little sister's pronunciation of things, I'd say, "Just let her say it the way she wants to!" I didn't want her to outgrow them too fast. For years she called dessert "gessert," and it was a sad day when she finally got it right. :-)

aaaw!! Gosh, people just keep making me miss my preschoolers so bad. :(

At any rate, it's good to know what a cluter is. After that FB episode a while back I was pretty curious. LOL

When my two big boys were wee, I used to write down their sayings...now I can look back and have a good laugh and remember the cute boys they were! Now they have grown into two handsome ones and taller than me. Both still have their sense of humor, but with a more adultlike wit now.

A s adults in my family we have a lot of words that just are not said as they should and we love them, It seems each child adds one to the "legand" every year. I agree there is no way you can ever forget these it is just not to be done!

Those precious memories are so priceless! All the things they say and do that when they happen you think "I am never going to forget this moment". Life happens and days pass and it too goes to the back of our mind then something happens and we are reminded of how truely precious it is all over again. Such a gift to be able to raise children!

I'm always so sad when I notice for the first time that they're saying something the right way...it happens when you're not paying attention! Eliana today told me that the butterfly was in a "raccoon." hahaha

It won't be long now until my youngest stops using her last baby word- Ramilla (Vanilla). :(

I wish that I had been blogging when my children were small. I have forgotten so much wonderful stuff. This post is a treasure!

So now it's out there for everyone to see... Sure, just go and share your clouter with everyone. I see how you are.

So stinkin' precious! The words and the pictures make me smile.

My favorite 3 year old grandson word right now is "fokky." (Coffee)

"Grandma, you have fokky?"
"Yep, Isaac, I have fokky."

Literally precious moments. One word my now 33yr old son used to say was
JawBah....that was combine...his grandmother figured that one out...he used to look at the Progressive Farmer magazine and everytime he was a John Deere combine he would say this....Beautiful words we never want to forget.
