Fingerprint Friday

There is a song by Steven Curtis Chapman that says:
I can see the fingerprints of god
When I look at you
I can see the fingerprints of god
And I know its true
You're a masterpiece
That all creation quietly applauds
And you're covered with the fingerprints of god

So look around you and see where YOU can see God's fingerprints. Is it in nature? Kids? Animals? Where do you see them? Here's how to join in.

1. Blog with your interpretation of God's fingerprints. Be sure to link back here so others can find the entire list of participants.
2. After you've posted your blog, sign the MckLinky below. Have fun exploring the other links as well!
Please sign in only if you're participating. Hopefully this will make us look at things through fresh eyes throughout the week.

Yesterday was sunny and beautiful.
Today is dark and rainy.

I love how we have to have both extremes to appreciate either.
If it were Spring year round, we'd find something to complain about.
But because of Winter, we welcome Spring and all it's beauty!

Without brown grass, we wouldn't appreciate the green.
Without rain, we wouldn't appreciate the rainbow.
Without night, we wouldn't appreciate day.
God's paintbrush is so incredible!

And without a crucifixion, we would not appreciate Easter morning! Have a blessed Easter.

What a stunning photo! After all the snow, I'm definitely appreciating the beauty of spring this year. I've been thanking God for everything that's blooming. What a beautiful season for celebrating Jesus' resurrection! Happy Easter to you and your family.

Gosh, you're right! Without those things, we wouldn't know to appreciate the others. I love that picture - it's beautiful. said...

i was telling my husband the other day that if the weather could be like this year round then i would be so happy... but you're so right, if it was i'm sure there would still be something we would find to complain about. thanks for the reminder, have a great easter weekend!

I can't get over the proper noun NOT being capatalized...what's the deal each week? Did Steven C. C.'s lyrics get it wrong?! I'm sure you did your homework B4 posting this amazing idea that directs the glory to His Kingdom...but I have seen God work in the lives of many I know and He deserves the capital every Friday, for sure!

I initially copied and pasted the lyrics and this was the form they were in. :)

I'll try to correct it from now on!
