I'm back.

Confession: We've been on a road trip.

I tried to schedule posts to pop up, but pulling them all together at the last minute left little room for inspiration.
So I'm sorry for the boring posts lately.

We went to Washington D.C.
And to NYC. And met Martha. Yes, that Martha.
More on that later.

We got back home in the middle of the night last night.
And my to-do list is already enough to make me want to cry.
Laundry.
Clean the green pool.
Enroll the kids in school.
Edit photos for sessions I did 2 weeks ago.
Unpack.
Buy school supplies.
Pick up the dog from the sitter.
Reply to 103581123 emails.
Draw winners from a couple recent jewelry giveaways.
Get groceries.

But first I have to start with caffeine.
We don't even have any coffee in the house (*gasp!*) but I think I saw a soda in the fridge.
It'll have to do.

I'll be back soon with pictures and real updates.
p.s. I met Martha! More on that later... Ha!

It was sooo good to spend time with you guys! :) Glad you were able to come out here! Tell the girl I had a lot of fun baking with her. Tell Drew his show is boring. And tell Jackson that I can't wait for the ride on his tractor! *heheheh*
I will say that the pictures looked amazing in your camera, can't wait to see them uploaded!!!

Woo hoo! I can't wait to hear.
I hope you got that caffeine. It's so great at getting everything started.
Plus it makes me feel smart!
(Until it wears off and I notice all the crazy typing.) :)

Looking forward to hearing
about "that Martha."
I'm sure it is good to be home though.

Get some rest.
