5 Things...

1. Our family has been passing a cold from one member to the next. Right now The Baby has a fever. Over the weekend, The Man had it. And lawzy mercy, there ain't nothin' worse than a mancold. I know I'm terrible, but I lose all patience when he's sick.
The drama. Ugh. I've been known to blurt out before, "I gave birth to 3 kids with no drugs! Get over it!"
I may have been PMS'ing that day.

2. Speaking of hormones (aren't y'all glad you stopped in today?!)... Every time I get on track with a good food and workout regimine, the hormones hit. Every.Single.Time. And then I turn into an evil monster without large amounts of alternating coffee, doritos, and dark chocolate. And then I put back on the 3 or 4 lbs. I'd lost.

3. It's been gray and dreary here for a few days. I could use some sunshine. (You guessed that already, huh?)

4. This Sunday is the Photography 101 workshop! Details are on the right sidebar. It'll be fun and educational! Are you coming?

5. I rock.

1. I agree that a mancold is the worst. Not the cold part. The man part. I also have ZERO sympathy for my poor hubs when he's sick. I'm pretty sure he's faking, anyway...

2. Diet tip: On those days that you're dying for chips and chocolate and soda, go ahead and have them. Just don't eat anything else. Indulge, count the calories, and attempt to stop when you've reached your limit. Seriously, I've lost 40 lbs (all the baby weight, and an extra 10 lbs!) in the last 2 years, and some days I got ALL my calories from Dr. P and M&Ms.

That's all.

I so agree with the mancold! It is the worse. Youd think they were dying and teh only ones who have ever been sick. how could anyone understand what they are going through. LOL
To answer your questions. I have a patio garden. Yes I will be planting some flowers. I just love the warmth and beauty it brings to my small space in the world. Oh how a miss a large yard and garden.
What kind. I dont knew yet. I will decide when i get there. Bucket growing is a skill Im still learning for the flowers.
Blessings

Mancolds, yuck! Why are they so wimpy? Men, I mean.

I will plant a million different flowers all over the yard. Yep, I will. Or close to it anyway! I like them all, just give me color.

Man colds make me insane! LOL Hope the sickness leaves soon. I wish I lived nearby, I would love to go to your class.

As for flowers, I have a lot them that come back every year. I would recommend orange day lilies. You can not kill them ,they multiply like no other and LOVE the sun. I have so many, I have shared with all the neighbors. They are great!

Mancolds are the worst and I know this because we all have the exact same colds, but the man is the only one laying about in bed. Hmmm. . . ?

I don't really have a yard, but I am planning on planting some flowers in pots.

I planted my favorite flowers, ranunculous, in my yard since we live in Houston and we can plant already. Then the toddler pulled them all up and left the scattered on the sidewalk. The one bush of them that did survive was destroyed today by my older daughter picking them to put in her hair, her sister's hair and the dog's hair. Why do I try?
