Fluffy Cream.

Or Creamy Fluff. Or Whippy Fluff. Or Fluffity Whip.
It goes by lots of different names around here.

It's a yummy creamy fluffy fruit dip.
And the recipe's tricky. Are you ready?

1 jar of marshmallow cream
1 block of cream cheese (I use 1/3 less fat)

Soften the cream cheese, and with a mixer, mix in the marshmallow cream.
You can use a few tablespoons of milk to loosen it up a bit if you want.

Oh sweet Mabel, this is good stuff!
Dip strawberries, grapes, bananas, melon, apples, and fresh pineapple in it.

And when those are all gone, dip a spoon or your finger in it.
Then smack your mama. Or smack the table. Or the countertop.
It's that good.

I dare you to make some this weekend. And report back on what you think.

Happy Weekend to you!

p.s. I mentioned a while back, a photography workshop I am planning.
It's next weekend! My house. March 13 2-5pm. FREE. We'll cover photography basics, shooting in manual, lighting, aperture, ISO, metering.Bring yourself, your camera, your manual, a notebook, and all your questions! :) Email for directions.

p.p.s. I apologize for taking and editing the above photo in the dark. Ugh. I'll try not to do that again.

Hmmm....that recipe looks almost too complex. :)

We'll have to try it this weekend. However, I must tell you that trying that WITH fresh fruit in the end months of winter sounds even more delightful. Perhaps we'll be pounding the table as well.

Blessings!

It looks yumo.

I can't eat the marshmallow creme though (allergies). But I make a fruit sauce with sour cream and powdered sugar and vanilla, and it is good. I might have to add some softened cream cheese to that!

Have a Happy Saturday!
