Every summer I want to decorate my house in red white and blue.
I absolutely love it.
These are a super easy little treat to set out at 4th of July.
Marshmallows, dipped in white chocolate, colored toothpicks, and colored sugar.

Put them on a table with a red and white gingham fabric tablecloth.
And a galvanized steel bucket of big sunflowers.
And lemonade served in mason jars with red straws.
And a cherry pie with a star on top.
And Cathe's nautical napkin rings.
Easy peasy.
As I was taking the first photo, the sun shifted and offered a yummy glow.

Lovely food and lovely sun? I can't take it.
Too much loveliness.
Do you have plans for the 4th?

Those are so cool Beki! Ms. M would love to make something like that!
I want to make some sugar cookies with 4th of July cutouts. Want to decorate them with royal icing, might be too much trouble, but willing to give it a try!!!

Beki- you can also just dip the marshmallows in a little bit of water to get the sprinkles to stick. I am all about the chocolate but sometimes I don't want to fuss with melting.
Those look so cute and tasty! Hope you have a great 4th :)
I love all things americana too. I love it so much that I decorated my kitchen with an americana theme. Happy 4th!

how cute is this! love the loveliness. you rock.
These are great! and the chocolate can be melted in the microwave which doesn't heat up my kitchen more than is already is with the 100+ degree heat. Also going to take the lemonade suggestion to our 4th of July fun!
Very cute.. great idea!! Every year we put on a program for local veterans. It's on the Tuesday closest to the 4th.. We have music, singing, food, choreography, and fireworks!! Lots of work, but lots of fun!!
