Saturday stuff...

I'm a firm believer that handmade is always best.
I love supporting local and small businesses.
I believe the future of our country lies largely in the hands of the "little guys."
So I love having the chance to show off our blog sponsors!
Click around, shop, get inspired... I bet you'll find something you love.

Tippy Stockton Jewelry : It all began when I inherited my Mom's jewelry box after she had passed away. It's funny, I never remembered her wearing any of these amazing jewels. I've always been a girly, girl so I just knew at that moment that I needed to go on a hunt for vintage and other sparkly things. My dream of having my own site came true this week when I officially launched TippyStockton.com. I feel blessed beyond belief and I know that my angel is never far away. Patricia lives in Edmonds, WA and spends a great deal of time in her little Studio that sits under a huge spruce tree.
Everything at Tippy Stockton is 25% off until 8/15!

Heart of Virtue is a site filled with information, tips, and ideas for raising Godly girls. Their book "What Every Girl Should Know" is a personal favorite in our household and it would be great for youth groups or Sunday School classes.

Doodle Bugs Paper was started in January 2003. I started selling my personalized stationery by word of mouth, local home shows, and selling on ebay. The Doodle Bugs Paper website was opened in November 2004 and I went from designing stationery as a fun side hobby to a full time job. I offer personalized notecards, address labels, notepads, stickers, bag tags, self inking stamps and much more.

Get free shipping for the month of August by entering rustedchain during checkout in the coupon/voucher code box.

Wendy Darling Ltd. is a sweet etsy shop with a variety of items. I'm a stay-at-home mom who is smitten with her little one. She likes to give her input on all of my creations and it's so fun to hear what she has to say. I have all kinds of ideas floating around in my head and I love to create things! What I make depends on my mood and which way the wind is blowing, so you never know what you might find here. Don't you just love surprises?

==========

Happy Saturday Rusted Chain readers! Do you have plans? We're just working through the weekend, cranking out more jewelry orders.
My life is exciting. Ha!

I have worn your "believe" necklace everyday since receiving it. I know most people who see it jump to a conclusion that it is a statement of christian faith, but really, although that is nice, I wear it because of what you wrote today "I believe..."

I believe along with you. I think it is important to believe, and to stand up for what we believe. This is one of many the reasons your blog is so attractive to me: you believe.

PS I read your too sweet reply, thank you, and again, keep believing in the power of your voice: through pictures, jewelry, blogging, and your convictions.

Love it! Going to check out every single one of these when I have time (as in, after the munchkins go to bed).
