Back to life, back to reality...

(you're welcome if that song is now stuck in your head. I'm a giver.)

Over the weekend we headed to Southwest Missouri.
We went to Springfield and Branson. I love that area so much.

We slept and swam and ate and shopped and ate and shopped and ate and shopped, and enjoyed the freedoms we have as Americans.
There were several trips to Starbucks, which isn't much to some people but we don't have one around us so it's kind of a big deal for me.
Crazy, right? It's true.

We ate at a sweet little Italian restaurant in Branson called Rocky's.
If you ever go there, it's worth stopping in.

We also stopped at Lambert's which is a usual thing for us.
Delicious food, long waits, and throwed rolls. Can't beat that!
This is the only photo I took out of four days away.

It was a nice little trip but now I'm ready to tackle my to-do list like a ninja.

What did you do over the weekend?

Each time we visit the beach (Gulf Shores) we make at least a couple of trips to Lamberts in Foley, LOVE THAT PLACE!

Oh how I miss Lamberts! My hubby more than me, but I love a good pile of fried okra and throwed rolls!
