Chocolate Chip Cheesecake

This isn't a complicated or fancy recipe, by any means.
But it is yummy! And quick and easy.

1 8 oz. block cream cheese, softened (I use neufchatel)
1 package cheesecake flavored instant pudding
milk (I use skim)
mini chocolate chips
graham cracker pie crust

In a mixer, mix softened cream cheese with 1/4 cup of sugar and 2 Tablespoons of milk. Blend until smooth.
Add cheesecake flavored pudding mix and 1 3/4 cup milk. Blend for about 2 more minutes until it's all combined, light, and fluffy.
Fold in 1 cup (give or take) dark chocolate mini chips.

Pour into the pre-made graham cracker crust, sprinkle more chocolate chips on top, and chill an hour until set.

So easy! You could whip it up in 5 minutes and serve it for Valentine's Day!

Oh those plates! I have pined for them for so long!!! I bought them AND the blue set because I couldn't decide. Then I returned them because I didn't want to spend the money. Now I wish upon wish that I had them. Can't find them anywhere :(
